    • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

      The custom stone table will be designed and crafted according to the specifications provided by you and agreed upon by AMR Interior Design. This may include the type of stone, dimensions, design, and any additional features.

      Changes and Modifications: Any changes or modifications to the design, dimensions, or other specifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs incurred due to changes will be the responsibility of the client.

      Delivery and Installation: AMR Interior Design will provide an estimated delivery and installation date. Delays due to factors beyond our control, such as sourcing materials, manufacturing, or shipping, may occur. We will communicate any delays promptly.

      Natural Variations: Natural stone materials may exhibit variations in color, pattern, and texture. AMR Interior Design will make every effort to match the agreed-upon specifications; however, these natural variations are inherent and not considered defects.

      Care and Maintenance: The client is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the custom stone table following the provided guidelines. Damage resulting from improper care or maintenance is not the responsibility of AMR Interior Design.

      Limited Warranty: AMR Interior Design warrants the workmanship and materials used in the custom stone table for a period of 1 yr from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or any alterations made after delivery.  This warranty does not cover freight and delivery for any warranty work.

      Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AMR Interior Design from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use, installation, or ownership of the custom stone table.

    • Care & Maintenance

      PRODUCT CARE

      Wipe wood and metal with a soft dry cloth 

      Natural stone is scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof. 

      For natural stone material, use mild soap and water, or a neutral cleaner such as Method Daily Cleaner or StoneTech Revitalizer. Clean up spills promptly. All natural stone is porous, and is therefore not stain proof. Oils and acids are particularly damaging to stone surfaces, so make sure to wipe any spills from cooking oils, citrus drinks, or alcohol. Natural stone surfaces must be sealed to prevent and minimize staining. We recommend using Stone Tech Heavy Duty seale

      For porcelain material,  use hot water and neutral detergents if required, with a soft cloth. Follow the instructions given on the detergent package. Rinse with plenty of water and dry the surface with a soft cloth. To prevent matt stains, do not use products containing wax.

      Do not use products that are highly alkaline, acidic, ammoniated, or contain bleach or abrasive agents.
