When this local coffee shop set out to open its third location, it began with a completely blank slate. The brand new, L-shaped space surrounded by windows on all sides made for stunning natural lighting but posed a challenge for creating ample seating and a private kitchen space.
Working with local vendors and artists, we designed and installed custom millwork shelving to display products and create a barrier between customers and the kitchen. The built-in bench seat with artistic lighting highlights the inherited concrete wall and creates a wonderfully inviting atmosphere viewed from Rice Howard Way
